What KÖNIG's HR services really entail

There are many terms for HR services: Temporary work, employee leasing, personnel recruitment, staffing… We aren't keen on some of the terms because they can be misleading.

At KÖNIG, we offer only secure, permanent positions with full social security benefits. Many of our employees have been with us for 10, 15 or even 25 years! In addition, companies commission us to find employees for direct employment
- i.e. with recruitment.
